Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next working day. Once your parcel is dispatched you'll get an email with a tracking number; allow up to 24 hours for Royal Mail's tracking to start updating.

Larger planters ship in their own box and may arrive separately from smaller items in the same order. You won't be charged twice.

Changed your mind

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items should come back unused and in their original packaging.

• Return postage is on us. A prepaid return label is included in every parcel — attach it and drop the parcel off. Nothing to print, nothing to pay.
• No restocking fee.
• Exchanges are accepted. Tell us what you'd rather have and we'll swap it, settling any price difference either way.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return arriving with us, to the original payment method.

Cancelling an order

If you change your mind before dispatch, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it outright — no return needed.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Ceramics and clay occasionally take a knock in transit. If something arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email contact@capitalgoldlp.com with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge — regardless of the 14-day window. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected, and every item carries a 2-year warranty.

Before you send anything back

Please email us first. Returns that arrive without a reference take considerably longer to process.
